Delivery Assurance
From the moment your jewelry leaves our showroom, its safe arrival becomes our highest priority. Every order is thoughtfully prepared, carefully packaged, and shipped using fully insured delivery methods designed to protect your purchase every step of the journey. Our Delivery Assurance policy reflects our commitment to providing the same confidence and care after your purchase as we do before it.
Order Processing
Orders ship after payment has cleared through our banking institution.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding major holidays. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.
Because many of our pieces are unique estate items, each piece is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Secure Insured Shipping
All purchases are shipped via FedEx 2-Day insured delivery.
For security and peace of mind:
• All shipments are fully insured in transit.
• Any evidence of tampering of packaging should be refused and not signed for.
• Signature confirmation is required for every delivery
• Packages will not be left unattended or delivered without signature
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you may monitor its progress.
Shipping Address Verification
For security purposes, orders are shipped only to the verified billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout.
This policy helps protect both our clients and our business from unauthorized transactions.
Nicolaas Alexander reserves the right to cancel or decline any order flagged by our payment processor for security review.
Discreet & Protective Packaging
All orders are packaged with security and discretion in mind.
Your jewelry will arrive in:
• Unbranded outer packaging
• Shipping documentation labeled “Nicolaas Alexander.”
• Double-boxed protective packaging
• Tamper-evident security materials
These precautions help protect high-value shipments during transit.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your package has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to sign for delivery on the expected arrival date.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If a package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, clients must notify us within one business day so that we can promptly initiate a carrier investigation.
Timely reporting allows us to work directly with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
