In Store Pickup
Some moments are worth experiencing in person. Our complimentary in-store pickup service offers the opportunity to collect your jewelry directly from our showroom, where each piece can be presented with the care and attention it deserves. It’s a thoughtful way to enjoy a personal handoff, ask questions, and leave with complete confidence in your purchase.
Pickup Availability
In-store pickup is available Monday through Friday during normal showroom hours.
Orders must first clear through our banking institution before they can be released for pickup.
Once payment has been confirmed, your piece will be prepared and ready for collection.
No appointment is required.
Identification Requirements
For security purposes, the individual picking up the order must present:
• A valid government-issued photo ID
• The credit card used for the purchase, when applicable
• A copy of the digital purchase receipt
The name on the identification must match the billing name associated with the purchase.
These precautions help ensure the security of high-value jewelry transactions.
Viewing Your Piece
Clients will have the opportunity to view their jewelry prior to final packaging when collecting their order.
Our team will be happy to answer any questions and ensure you are completely comfortable with your purchase before leaving the showroom.
Completion of Pickup
Once the item has been reviewed and the client departs the showroom with the piece, the order is considered received and accepted.
We recommend reviewing your purchase at the time of pickup to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Pickup Window
Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 10 business days of payment confirmation.
